📦 Processing Times

  • Physical Products: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for me to print, pack, and prepare your favorites before they are handed over to the courier.

  • Digital Products: If your order contains digital files or downloads, these bypass shipping entirely! A download link will be instantly emailed to your inbox the second your checkout is complete.

 

🇸🇬 Local Shipping (Singapore)

1. Local Tracked Mail (Letterbox)

  • Rate: $3 flat rate - Free for orders over $28

  • Est. Delivery Time: 2–3 working days once shipped.

  • Please note: It typically takes up to 1 working day after I send out your parcel for the "Package Received" status to show up in the tracking system. Estimated delivery times are targets provided by the courier. Delays caused by random local inspections are completely out of my control, though I hope your package arrives safely and swiftly!

2. Restricted Delivery Zones 

The courier can't deliver letterbox mail to secure or isolated areas that do not have standard, publicly accessible postal letterboxes. I am unable to ship to:

  • Offshore Islands: Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Jurong Island, and any other minor outlying islands (except Sentosa, which is fully covered).

  • Military Bases: SAF camps, airbases, and naval bases.

  • Highly Secured Areas: Shipyards, restricted air cargo complexes, and specialized chemical or industrial zones.


✈️ International Shipping

I ship worldwide from Singapore. Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination at checkout when you enter your address. Most orders fall within $7.50–$21.50 SGD depending on location and parcel size.

⭐️ Orders above $28 SGD enjoy $2 off international shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

  • Zone 1 (Malaysia & Brunei) — From $7.10 SGD

  • Zone 2 (Asia & Pacific) — From $9.30 SGD

  • Zone 3 (Australia, US, Europe & Rest of World) — From $11.90 SGD

  • Est. Delivery Time: 3–11 working days once shipped, depending on the country.   • Tracking: Tracking number provided. End-to-End Online Tracking.

  • Important: This service cannot deliver to international PO Boxes. A complete physical address and a recipient phone number are mandatory at checkout.

     

⚠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international friends ordering outside of Singapore, please note that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it arrives in your destination country.

These charges are determined entirely by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Slow Days has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they might be.

 

💌 Address Changes & Cancellations

Because I run a tiny studio and packing begins quickly, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you spot an error in your address or need to request a cancellation, please email me at [Slowdays@jadeleart.com] within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has been fulfilled, tracking issued, and packed with care, I am unfortunately unable to make any changes or issue cancellations.
