An image showing two copies of the children's book "A Very CHEESY ADVENTURE!", published by The Laughing Cow, illustrated by Jade Le. The bright cover features cartoon cheese characters and a squirrel playing on tire swings in a sunny field with a rainbow and sunflowers. The books are stacked at an angle on a purple surface next to a potted spider plant.

Before You Reach Out...

Licensing & Usage

Selected illustrations from my portfolio are available for licensing. If you’re interested in using an existing piece for a publication, packaging, or campaign, feel free to get in touch to check availability.

To help me provide an accurate custom quote, it’s helpful to include a few details about how the artwork will be used, such as the project scope, exclusivity, territory, and duration.

File Formats & Deliverables

All illustrations are created digitally using Photoshop and a Wacom tablet, resulting in rich, high-resolution textures and fine details.

  • Print-Ready: Files are built in a high-resolution raster format and can be prepared in large dimensions to ensure gorgeous, crisp printing without any pixelation.
  • Please note: To preserve the rich, painted textures of my style, artwork is delivered in raster format only; vector files are not available.
The Collaboration Process

While each project varies slightly, our collaboration will generally follow these three steps:

Step 1: Inquire

After you share your project details, including its intended use, timeline, and any specific requirements, I will get back to you with a tailored quote based on the complexity and workload required.

  • Every project includes built-in revision rounds to ensure you love the final art. If your team or publisher requires an extensive approval process, just let me know and I will propose a suitable timeline and scope for us.
  • To start: Please use the inquiry form below or email details and brief to hello@jadeleart.com.

Step 2: Contract

Once we agree on the direction, I will prepare an agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and payment schedule.

  • To lock it in: After the agreement is signed and the deposit is received, your project is officially scheduled, and the magic begins!

Step 3: Collaborate

Once booked, we dive straight into the creative phase. We will work through:

  1. Brief Discussion: Aligning on the final direction and mood.
  2. Initial Sketches: Black-and-white concepts to map out composition.
  3. Sketch Review: Your opportunity to request structural revisions.
  4. Color & Style: For multi-illustration projects, I will fully color one signature piece for your approval. This ensures we are completely aligned on the palette, textures, and artistic style before I proceed with the rest of the series.
  5. Final Delivery: Final high-res files are delivered with room for minor adjustments. At this stage, revisions are limited to small refinements as the overall composition was approved in Step 3.
