I created this piece as a reminder that peace doesn't always have to be found somewhere far away, it can exist in small moments of calm.

- Material: Acrylic charm with a thick epoxy coating on both sides

Care & Usage
- Gently wipe with a microfiber cloth if it becomes dusty
- Avoid submerging it in water or exposing it to harsh chemicals.

Return policy
Return & Refund
As an independent artist who runs a small art business, I am unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. This applies to all products in my shop, including both physical items and digital goods.
Lost & Damage
All physical orders are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. While I do my absolute best to protect your items, please understand that I can't control how the courier handles them once they are shipped, so I am unable to cover damage caused during transit. However, if your package tracking completely stops updating or is officially marked as "lost," please let me know and I will help raise an investigation with the courier to locate it.
Wrong items
If I make a mistake on my end (such as packing the wrong item or missing items), I will absolutely make it right for you! Please email me [Slowdays@jadeleart.com] with photos and a short video of the items within 7 days of receiving your package so I can arrange a solution for you.
Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email me within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, I begin preparing and packing your order, and I’m unable to make changes or cancellations once it’s been fulfilled.
