I use one of these charms on my own phone. I tend to fidget a lot, so I often find myself reaching for it while watching a movie, working at my desk, or waiting for something. Over time, it's become one of those small objects that brings me a little comfort.

Details

  • Size: approx. W 2 × H 1.5 cm (head), W 1.2 × H 0.7 cm (tail). Total length: approx. 12 cm (including clasp and string)
  • Material: Air dry clay, hand-painted with acrylic paint and sealed with a glossy varnish. Finished with stainless steel metal components. All materials are non-toxic.
  • Finish: Gloss
  • Attachment: Lariat string
  • Perfect for phones, bags, keychains, and more.
  • Each cat charm is handmade in small batches, so no two are exactly alike.
  • Slight variations in shape, colour, and expression and tiny imperfections are part of what make each piece unique.

Care

  • Handle with care and avoid dropping, as clay can be fragile.
  • This charm is not waterproof. It can tolerate light moisture, but if it gets wet, gently wipe it dry as soon as possible.
  • Avoid prolonged contact with water to preserve its finish.

Return policy

Return & Refund

As an independent artist who runs a small art business, I am unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. This applies to all products in my shop, including both physical items and digital goods.

Lost & Damage

All physical orders are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. While I do my absolute best to protect your items, please understand that I can't control how the courier handles them once they are shipped, so I am unable to cover damage caused during transit. However, if your package tracking completely stops updating or is officially marked as "lost," please let me know and I will help raise an investigation with the courier to locate it.

Wrong items

If I make a mistake on my end (such as packing the wrong item or missing items), I will absolutely make it right for you! Please email me [Slowdays@jadeleart.com] with photos and a short video of the items within 7 days of receiving your package so I can arrange a solution for you.

Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email me within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, I begin preparing and packing your order, and I’m unable to make changes or cancellations once it’s been fulfilled.
